Sales person was great, overall impression was terrible We have come to this dealership for the last several cars we've leased/purchased. We have always had Jose Rivera as our sales person and he has alway We have come to this dealership for the last several cars we've leased/purchased. We have always had Jose Rivera as our sales person and he has always been exceptional-wonderful to deal with and was this time as well. However, the management person we were dealing with was very condescending, Jose Espinosa, and acted as though we would have no idea about financing and wasn't honest with us. Also, it was a snowy day while we were there, and there were actually employees sleeping in some of the demo cars inside the building- it was totally unprofessional. The process of purchasing a vehicle takes quite a while as it is, but then to see that you have to wait for your sales person to run around and do everything while several others just slept was just unbelievable. Aside from Jose Rivera, the customer service experience was horrible.We don't think we will ever go to this dealership again. More
