I was an out of state buyer looking for a specific vehicle. I found the vehicle at this dealership. I asked several questions about the condition of the car especially if it had any defects because vi vehicle. I found the vehicle at this dealership. I asked several questions about the condition of the car especially if it had any defects because videos and pictures do not satisfy the uneasiness of purchasing online. It’s a terrifying experience and I hoped the salesman was being honest and trustworthy because I really loved the car. Communication for purchase went smoothly and shipping was quick. Upon delivery the truck driver points out the paint issues the jeep has, to say I was crushed was an understatement. Very noticeable in several areas and I wasn’t told about any of it!!! Now I have to deal with warranty issues to get my vehicle repainted, not what I want to deal with at all!!! Other than the paint issues, vehicle was as described and overall I’m happy with it. I will never purchase another vehicle without seeing it, I can’t believe no one at this dealership didn’t see it. For heck sakes the truck driver found it and the “professionals “ at the dealership missed this? Attention dealership, you are online buyers eyes and ears, we have to trust you so be honest!!! More

Jalen was great to work with. He was so patient with us during the whole process. On our test try we were able to drive the vehicle home to make sure it fit into our garage ok. Only negative had nothing to do with Jalen but rather the finance process. We were presented multiple “packages” of options at the time we were doing the paperwork - in hindsight we would have preferred to have had this discussion before the final signing so we could make thoughtful correct decisions for us rather than feeling rushed and pressured. More
