Jalen was super nice and helpful. I had the exact car in mind. He didn’t try and hustle me to look at other cars or pick something more expensive. When he was showing me optional add I had the exact car in mind. He didn’t try and hustle me to look at other cars or pick something more expensive. When he was showing me optional add-ons, I didn’t want those and he took them off without trying to talk me into keeping them. i’ve had issues from previous dealerships where the salesman tries to bully me into “optional” add-ons .
