A month ago I purchased a 2016 F150 from Sam Pack Ford in Lewisville. During the paperwork signing I was pressured into considering an extended warranty and after an hour I gave in and purchased a $3,780 in Lewisville. Less than a month later the check engine light came on and after taking it to the dealership to get it fixed using my warranty, I received notice that my catalytic converter wasn’t covered and the bill was $2,200. This information wasn’t given to me via a phone call, but a text. I was told there were a number of parts that were not covered (tires, brakes, etc.) but catalytic converters were never brought up. After talking to several people at the dealership, the only thing they offered was to trade the truck in. Again, I have had the truck less than 40 days. I’m still in shock that I spent over $30,000 on a truck and less than 40 days later it started having issues and nothing but a trade offer was given. Please avoid this dealership but if you must I would 100% avoid the extended warranties they offer. More

I have been buying cars for over 30 years and no one has ever done that for me! If you want a great experience buying a vehicle go in and ask for Moe! More
