I had a very great experience working with these guys. Jakobie had seen us initially to show us cars and let us test drive. He was very quick and kind. He didn't pressure us at all when I told him that I was looking at other options before I wanted to talk numbers on the cars we had driven. when I came back to purchase a car, Jakobie wasn't available as he was working at an event, but Chad helped us out and made the purchasing experience just as smooth. I had a great experience with both of these gentlemen and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. More

Stephanie was our first salesperson when we came into the lot. She was always friendly, kind and courteous. She received a promotion and the Jakobee was our salesmen. He was nice to begin with but . I think he was in a hurry as we went through the process. We drove a grey CRV, decided on a white one. While driving the grey one we asked what came with it. The floor mats in the trunk area. He said obviously floor mats. When we sat down to do the numbers on our trade in, he went to get us a number. The initial number for the trade in was 12,700 at our last visit with Stephanie in October. Marcus Lunt, the person he asked lowballed the number to 9500. When we told Jacobee we would not take that much less for the trade in. He had Marcus Lunt come in. Marcus was extremely rude. He said the car was in such poor condition that they should not take it in on trade He threw his co worker Stephanie and the other person that gave her the numbers under the bus. He said repeatedly how shocked he was by the appearance of the car and how could we let it get that way. Saying the car had 7 000 more miles since October when in reality it had 4000. My husband who has been gravely ill told him we were long time Honda civic buyers as we have owned 7 in the last 20 years. They were purchased at young Honda in Logan. Well he said. How many have you bought HERE? He made a ridiculous joke about the next one being free. Then laughed at my husband and said. Just kidding!!!!. He stood up and began ranting about how much the value could change in a couple of months. Etc etc etc. He told us the book value was 17,900 but it needed to be painted. Etc. We countered his offer at 11,000 after he had verbally abused us and said he wouldn’t be able to sell the car. In our professional jobs combining 80 years Neither of us can remember treating a member of the public in such a degrading way. Whatever happened to the old saying? The first rule of being a professional sales person. The customer is always right!!! I can be honest the reason we bought the car was because Stephanie was our first salesperson and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was always courteous, kind and willing to work with us. She did express the car had damage on the outside and would need to be painted. Perhaps she could instruct her co workers on how to properly greet and treat a customer. The last straw was when I called back to see if I could fill out the survey separately and if I could obtain my floor mats that came with the car. My daughter called Marcus Lunt as she was upset when I told her about our experience. Jacobee called me and said there were no floor mats included. I guess there was a misunderstanding.as maybe they only came with the grey one not the white one. I asked Jacobee if he could get me a price on some. He said he could. He asked me if I had done the survey as I had promised him 10’s on his survey. I said I had not done the survey because I would not give Marcus Lunt s anything but Zero! I also reminded him that he ask me for 10’s on his survey but I did not respond. Anyway Jacobee and Marcus talked. They would give us the floor mats and Marcus would apologize to us if we scored them a 10 on the survey. I then text Jacobed to let him know we would come in onMonday. He text back and said, I will have the “We Owe” floor mats for you. I told him never mind we will not be getting floor mats there as I would not be bribed for a 10 on the survey. Questions.
