December 2024, I purchased my brand new F350 (different dealership). Both batteries in the truck have died twice (absolute zero charge on both batteries) the first time in the Spring of 2025, the secon dealership). Both batteries in the truck have died twice (absolute zero charge on both batteries) the first time in the Spring of 2025, the second time in December 2025. Washington Ford recharged them in the Spring. The second time, this December, they replaced one under warranty, had to pay for the other one. If both batteries have died twice in a truck that's one year old, they both should have been replaced free of charge. I also waited several days for them to return my calls. More

It's the most pleasant dealership experience I've had, time and time again. Bought my vehicle from Barry (he's great). Got my maintenance and inspection here (Jacob helped me this recent visit). I purchased my Explorer at Washington Ford and have them exclusively service it for the past 7 years. That tells you everything you need to know about how I feel about their service. If I wasn't pleased, exclusively service it for the past 7 years. That tells you everything you need to know about how I feel about their service. If I wasn't pleased, why would allow them, and ONLY them to service my vehicle for 7 years. Simply put, they do a great job. More

Lots of customers means long wait to schedule service (think two weeks in advance) Infrequent communication means customers may have to call in repeatedly in order to be updated on vehicle status A (think two weeks in advance) Infrequent communication means customers may have to call in repeatedly in order to be updated on vehicle status A service light came on when attempting to pick up my repaired vehicle that was not addressed during initial diagnostics, and as a result I had to wait an extra weekend and business day to have all repairs completed (rodent damage to wiring). That being said, the employees are friendly and professional, and are willing to go out of the way to help out with specific needs & requests. My biggest complaint is primarily with the communication delays and unnecessary extra time to fully service a vehicle (six days to replace a battery and repair wiring damage when the last three days were totally unnecessary).
