Jake is absolutely phenomenal! He was knowledgeable with all of our questions. He knew the vehicles very well. He advocated for our once during the purchasing process. Jake and the whole experience was great! We felt welcomed and he kept us updated at all times. The process was shorter than we anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. Stay away from this dealership! ! They will rub you blind!!!! They have sold me a broken, damaged brand new 2024 escalade (or it was used one??) Front right end is splitting, no edg ! They will rub you blind!!!! They have sold me a broken, damaged brand new 2024 escalade (or it was used one??) Front right end is splitting, no edge protection on doors, they have cheated me on the plate and license fees, the left side of the vehicle's paint is fading (perhaps they sold me a used vehicle?) and now water is leaking through the windshield.... Horrible dishonest dealership!! poor, disorganized mgmt...clueless, inexperience and terrible "salesman" (Mullen) This place is a D I S A S T E R !!! More
