Purchased a 2018 jeep 7/27. It was a higher mileage car but its assumed when purchasing from a supposed luxury dealership you are getting a quality car. Boy was i wrong! Single It was a higher mileage car but its assumed when purchasing from a supposed luxury dealership you are getting a quality car. Boy was i wrong! Single worst car buying experience of my life! I got a 3mo/3000 mile warranty when i bought the car. Low and behold 5 weeks after the 3 months yet still under 3000 miles I HAD TO HAVE AN ENTIRE ENGINE REPLACEMENT! I did decline an extended warranty. And because i was past the time on their dealer offered warranty they basically didn't want to do much to rectify the situation. I dealt with the owners son initially who insisted my local mechanic was wrong and there was no way i needed an engine replacement. It was escalated to jake the gm and he reluctantly agreed to have it diagnosed by their team at no cost. It was determined my mechanic was right. They stated they'd work with me on labor and repairs however when its all said and done after 5 WEEKS and 6300 later i have had the car back less than 24hrs and im already having serious issues! It was driven back less than half hr after pickup because its making noises it didnt before. The washer sprayers in the hood were both cracked and leaking all over the engine. And it smells of coolant. They looked it over and assured me its ok. O drove it tonight and engine is not performing as it should. Auto start/stop is no longer working and when in sport mode the engine is sticking in a higher gear!! Left a message with service this afternoon and received no response. Which is their m.o. during the 5 week repair i had to check in multiple times on the status of repair. Not once did the service team call me to update me. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND HEADACHE! SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE! More
