Initially, I liked that the email I received back in response to my original email was NOT computer generated. Jake took the criteria of what I wanted and found a couple of vehicles that matched or exce response to my original email was NOT computer generated. He was forthcoming with pricing that was fair, and listened to my concerns about monthly payment and interest rates. When I got to the dealership he was very kind and friendly in person. Again, he listened to all my concerns and addressed each one. Moving onto Sara in the finance department was a little intimidating. All those numbers and all that paperwork can be daunting. Sara took the time to explain everything. She didn't once get frustrated if I didn't understand, she just reviewed it with me again. She also suggested some add-ons like an extended warranty, that I couldn't afford to work into my car payment but that I really wanted. Again there was NO pressure to add these on, they were merely suggested, and she gave me some alternatives that will help me purchase them in the near future. All in All I really felt like this dealership went to bat for me, valued my business, and treated me as the individual that I am, and not just another annoying customer. They won my business, and I would recommend them to anyone and would buy from them again and again. More

Initially we were there to meet up with Jake Gurzler, however Jake was with a customer. Mike had come over to us to see if he could help out.
