Initially, I liked that the email I received back in response to my original email was NOT computer generated. Jake took the criteria of what I wanted and found a couple of vehicles that matched or exceeded what I wanted. He was forthcoming with pricing that was fair, and listened to my concerns about monthly payment and interest rates. When I got to the dealership he was very kind and friendly in person. Again, he listened to all my concerns and addressed each one. Moving onto Sara in the finance department was a little intimidating. All those numbers and all that paperwork can be daunting. Sara took the time to explain everything. She didn't once get frustrated if I didn't understand, she just reviewed it with me again. She also suggested some add-ons like an extended warranty, that I couldn't afford to work into my car payment but that I really wanted. Again there was NO pressure to add these on, they were merely suggested, and she gave me some alternatives that will help me purchase them in the near future. All in All I really felt like this dealership went to bat for me, valued my business, and treated me as the individual that I am, and not just another annoying customer. They won my business, and I would recommend them to anyone and would buy from them again and again. More

The sales process with Columbia Kia is quick, easy and completely stressless. I was not pushed to buy anything I did not want and the explanations given for the options available were excellent. Initially we were there to meet up with Jake Gurzler, however Jake was with a customer. Mike had come over to us to see if he could help out. From that point on he was extremely professional and kind. He however Jake was with a customer. Mike had come over to us to see if he could help out. From that point on he was extremely professional and kind. He showed us around the dealership and made us feel very welcome. He made sure my young daughter was not bored as there were lulls here and there with obtaining information, etc. He has a very nice personality and I would buy another car from Mike (once I pay this one off! ) :) I would recommend Mike and this dealership to friends and family. This dealership is a class act and Mike also! Thank you ! More

Our experience with Columbia Ford was extraordinary! From our first contact by email until we signed on the dotted line, everyone was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. Although From our first contact by email until we signed on the dotted line, everyone was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. Although a little out of our way, Columbia Ford will definitely see our business again when we are in the market for a vehicle. Our daughter is thrilled with her new car! The dealership itself is clean, inviting, and unlike any dealership we have ever visited - a must see even if you aren't in the market for a car. More
