They don't disclose that $30K, 2 year old car is a total scratch-and-dent. The BLACK car hood was over sprayed with RED paint. Their multi-point inspection is a joke, the car had "Oil change due" and low tire pressure warnings. Covered in dents, scratches, hanging exterior molding with broken clips.
Clueless Staff
Sales guy Jake argued that fixing dents was not even part of their service even though it is clearly stated on their web site (see screenshot ).
Horrible customer service
The rude, arrogant so called front desk "manager" in blue jersey mocked me, snaped fingers to get my attention, and refused to give me his name.
