Ponlue from the sales team was great to work with! Ponlue had the vehicle ready and waiting when we arrived. He handed us the keys for a test drive. We were in the market looking for a truck, found one we REALLY liked and set up an appointment. Unfortunately once we got there the truck we were interested in was picked up by their sister dealership. The REALLY liked and set up an appointment. Unfortunately once we got there the truck we were interested in was picked up by their sister dealership. The sales person we were working with stayed in contact with us throughout the entire weekend keeping us updated on the truck (if it sold or came back). Thankfully it was not sold by the other dealership and returned to Prestige! Levi reached out to us, got us in, worked with us on payments and we drove off in our new truck! Massive shout out to Levi and the manager (can't remember his name but his daughter loves Chucky). We were treated extremely well and are in love with our new ride!!! More
