They also don't seem to be equipped to handle nearby out of state purchases, as they wanted me to drive four hours round trip to sign paperwork and then wait a bit over a week to drive to the DMV here in my state and actually exchange the vehicle. In the end, no sale was done, my credit score dropped four points, and I have three new hard inquiries for about the next two years. More
