Catherine Camacho, who helped me, was very nice and worked diligently and efficiently to ensure that I had all the info I needed and my car was ready for pickup the same day. She made the experience as painless as possible. While I did not interact directly with the service personnel who worked on my car, they did a great job as well and I appreciated their quick work and how they flagged items that needed to be addressed or that could either be addressed or deferred until the next visit if needed. The prices were reasonable in my experience. I have already recommended to another local Subaru owner that she bring her car to this service center.
