Service dept forgot to return my wife’s security lug-nut a week or 2 before purchasing my new vehicle. Today I was attempting to get one of her tires patched near our house in Beaumont but couldn’t because a week or 2 before purchasing my new vehicle. Today I was attempting to get one of her tires patched near our house in Beaumont but couldn’t because of the missing socket. I had to drive all the way to Loma Linda to get the socket. At around 2:10 I was told they couldn’t patch the tire because it was after 2. So on my only day off this week I had to waste a lot of time and gas and still go to another place to get my tire plugged because your dealership didn’t only mess up, but couldn’t help me after I went out of my way for their mistake either. I’m pretty certain I’m going to get my son’s car from another dealership. More
