A tv ad and Facebook had a ad with Michael, the general mgr, of fiesta Kia. So he said he can make it happen so I went there just to talk and what they could do for us. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my hi mgr, of fiesta Kia. So he said he can make it happen so I went there just to talk and what they could do for us. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my history and I had the absolutely the best experience at fiesta. We walked in, told them what I wanted. I’m on a strict budget so, I wanted a used suv with low miles. And I needed to rein in the payment. Some dealers will keep trying to get you buy more than you can really afford but our salesman listened so no pressure. We then looked at inventory but they are selling fast but we looked at a beautiful Nissan rogue and decided we could up the price a little and get the dream car. We of course waited to get the contract done. When that was done, Michael came and we met him, what a pleasure to meet this man who instantly got our attention, he personally comes in and goes over the contract with you. This is the best part because he made sure that we would walk happy. He adjusted the contract and we were wrong about our payoff on our trade in. Michael caught that and it ended up lowering our payment and we didn’t have to come up with a down payment. Couldn’t be happier. Michael has a program that can help you to get a car. This dealership is thinking about you and will help you with buying a vehicle. The fiesta group has several brand dealerships. So pick you can find something you like. This is a perfect time to buy a car so go to fiesta, you won’t be sorry. More

They were very helpful then anything. I finally found a dealership that I feel comfortable at. Thank you so so much for all your help in helping me find my dream car. Purchased a used car. Fair price on the car. But generally, not a great experience. 1. Waited for more than an hour for finance. Finally had to make an appointment for Fair price on the car. But generally, not a great experience. 1. Waited for more than an hour for finance. Finally had to make an appointment for the next day since we just could wait any longer. 2. They only had 1 key fob for the car and that was never disclosed until financial closing. They refused to supplement with another key fob 3. When I went to pick it the car, they told me they hadn't complete the emission testing to submit the paperwork for the title so I had to bring it again to get the emission testing complete. So very disorganized and dysfunctional. Not sure I would go back again. More
