Book my appt to drop off my car at 7 am and all day didn't hear anything from the advisor, led never got change or my axle, no diagnostic was done, I call my advisor, and he catch an attitude over the didn't hear anything from the advisor, led never got change or my axle, no diagnostic was done, I call my advisor, and he catch an attitude over the phone with me I understand if I you book an appointment is for a reason and they should have keep the customer up date with any changes but this wasn't the case. went to pick up my car at 3 pm nothing was done, and the advisor never show his face to apologize for the inconvenience or said anything. sorry Scoot .
