I big shout out to Sarasota Lexus. I would highly recommend Sarasota Lexus. I went there interested in purchasing a car. I did not need a car, my 2016 RX350 was in perfect condition. I went there to look and see if they could give me a good deal on a new car. They were able to get my numbers where I wanted them. I purchased a 2024 RX350 Premium and I love it. Austin was very knowledgeable and was great working with him on my purchase. Chuck was also awesome and professional when signing all the paperwork. Jenny set my car up with my phone and reviewed everything with me. Need to go back to get a 2nd lesson because it is overwhelming on everything that this car offers. It's amazing. This will be my 6 Lexus and as long as I continue to afford a Lexus I will not buy anything else. Never had any issues with any of them. Oh forgot Jaden, Jenny was not in and I spoke to a Jaden and he was able to help me over the phone to get my apps back on the screen. If you call with an issue they will get right back to you in a timely manner. More

Austin needs to learn more about the vehicles he sells: he told us the RX350 we bought did NOT have a garage door opener even though it was listed as having that feature on the dealership’s website. We ha he told us the RX350 we bought did NOT have a garage door opener even though it was listed as having that feature on the dealership’s website. We had a 30 minute discussion about this and Austin was adamant that this car did NOT have the garage door opener, he could NOT install one on the car, and he refused to adjust the price for this feature NOT being one the car. However, Jaden the Technology Expert told us it DID have the garage door opener and he showed us where it is located on the car; Jaden was correct and we programmed the car to open our garage door. Jordan (the deal closer) didn’t ask us for any money to pay for the car —- we had to TELL him that we had not paid for the car. We could have walked right out the door and not paid a dime — but after we told Austin and Jordan we had NOT paid for the car, they produced the final accounting sheet and we wrote the check for the car. Amazing. Jaden was very patient, and he was an excellent teacher. GIVE HIM A RAISE.!! More

I wish there were 10 stars to give out. Ana Lima would deserve all of them. I have been looking for a new car for sometime, multiple sales people and no one made me feel as special as she Ana Lima would deserve all of them. I have been looking for a new car for sometime, multiple sales people and no one made me feel as special as she did. I was starting to give up on buying a car, until I saw her in the showroom. I told my husband that I wanted her to help us. She started out asking great about what I wanted as features in a car and provided excellent suggestions that Help us find the perfect car. She knows the Lexus product so well that we felt confident with everything that she told us. She made us feel more like friends than just customers. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to make our purchase run so smooth. Her manager Shaun was awesome too. He was very understanding of what we needed to made this purchase happen. I loved that he came out of his office to introduce himself. Little things like that are why we came back for another purchase in Sarasota. Jaden was so enthusiastic about showing me my new car, it made the process amazing! Love that kid!! And last but not least, the financial Manager Chuck was very detailed and knowledgeable about the process and walking us through all the paperwork. I am completely sold on the Lexus product and will never go anywhere else but Lexus if Sarasota. It was worth the drive up there. Thank you to everyone!! More
