Only dealer in town! I have visited three times and I wish there was a box for the question "Would you recommend this service center?" that I could check "Maybe" instead o I have visited three times and I wish there was a box for the question "Would you recommend this service center?" that I could check "Maybe" instead of Yes or No, As it is the only dealer in Tucson you are kinda stuck going there for warranty and service if you have an extended warranty. The first time I went in the service adviser was abrupt and did not pay attention to detail. Information on my vehicle was entered inaccurately and had to be corrected by the manager. The second time there was a miscommunication about the condition of my battery and it made me feel like they were trying to sell me something I didn't really need. This had to be dealt with by the manager again as I got a second opinion on the battery, it was a year and half old and it tested good on the retest! The original Subaru battery had only lasted two and a half years and was replaced under warranty at 35 K. As a result I do not think I would recommend Subaru batteries at this time, I might add in the dealers favor the prices for the 60K service were about half of what I was quoted by the California dealer where I bought my Forester, Anyway the verdict is out and I will be very attentive to anything that is recommended that is not routine! More

My sales associate Kevin McDougall was very helpful and patient as I test drove several models. I test drove the Outback Unlimited again before making my decision. After all the paperwork was completed, he took us around the dealership to all the different departments and introduced us to everyone. Very friendly place without all the super sales hype. I was impressed. I highly recommend the Tucson Subaru Dealership. More

Very professional and personable Gil was terrific! He really took his time to explain all the new technology in my new forester before he let me drive away!
