Brandon Honda is well aware of the issues we had during our buying experience. While the mistake during financing was corrected, I am still not 100% convinced that it was a mistake but rather an attempt to our buying experience. While the mistake during financing was corrected, I am still not 100% convinced that it was a mistake but rather an attempt to deceive and overcharge us. Additionally, this was my first time purchasing a brand-new vehicle, we have always purchased used cars. I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of attention to detail during the delivery process. These may seem like minor issues, but given the significance of buying a new car, they stood out: 1.) The black interior molding had a noticeable layer of dust, which I had to clean myself once I got home. 2.) The dealership used the old, rusted screws from my previous vehicle to attach the license plate, rather than the new, clean screws that typically come with the car. 3.) There was sticker residue left on the rear tailgate where the hands-free liftgate instruction label had been removed. 4.) The undercarriage was coated in white mud, likely from the lot where the vehicle had been stored. While none of these issues are major, they detracted from what should have been a pristine and memorable new car experience. More
