The issue with having a “customer advocate” is that if they stop advocating for you, you have no one else to contact. Ended up working out mostly ok but still a PITA for a while there to get ahold of anyo they stop advocating for you, you have no one else to contact. Now it’s a year later (end of 7/2023) and I’m trying to get service scheduled but they can’t help me until the end of October for a recall (no transportation options home btw, even though it’s a Honda issue) or an indeterminate amount of time for a new key because of a supply chain issue (thought we weren’t blaming Covid for everything anymore but apparently they still do) More

I recently purchased a vehicle from Beaverton Honda, boy was that a huge mistake. Not only were the sales personnel sleazy AF in sliding extra expenses into my contract. But after I caught the issue it took was that a huge mistake. Not only were the sales personnel sleazy AF in sliding extra expenses into my contract. But after I caught the issue it took their team OVER A WEEK to return my calls that were made DAILY. the screw you on cancelation items by charging you $50 per cancelation on a service that was NEVER wanted in the first place. By far one of the worst experiences I've had when purchasing a vehicle. More
