I’m generally happy with the service I receive. , however, there was a mistake recently when I needed to replace one of my rear view side mirror covers. I was told that the part was in and I arrive , however, there was a mistake recently when I needed to replace one of my rear view side mirror covers. I was told that the part was in and I arrived for my scheduled service. Once there I was told that the part wasn’t in and had to wait another week for the replacement. I feel that someone should be checking to make sure that customers don’t arrive if the parts aren’t in. This in no way reflects on the service desk staff and on how they treat me. More

I got a call for my 5000 mile oil change is what the lady on the phone told me, but when I got there and the service writer told me was no it was only for a tire rotation and top off the fluids. Had I known on the phone told me, but when I got there and the service writer told me was no it was only for a tire rotation and top off the fluids. Had I known that was all it was for I would not have wasted my time on it and waited until the 10,000 mile checkup. I know that when I bought my Tocoma from a different dealership I got the 5000 oil change and the 10,000 mile oil change for free. More
