Jake was fantastic during the sales process. He answered my questions and supplied the information I requested quickly. His appreciation and enthusiasm for the Spyder I purchased really showed his passion as a car guy. John gets it and that's the kind of person I want to buy a car like this from (I'm looking at you Lamborghini of Dallas!)! Brittany made the while process of filling out the paperwork remotely (I'm in Dallas) as easy as possible. There was a slight miscommunication about the deposit I put down but nothing we weren't able to work through or snag the buying process. She was prompt and reliable and got me a fantastic rate!! Upon picking up my car, John Beneke was very accommodating in our requests to inspect the car. He allowed us (incl my father who is a mechanic of 30+ years & worked on Ferrari's, Porsche's, Vipers and all other consumer cars) to put the car up on a lift in their service bay for our personal inspection and consulted his technicians to answer our technical questions. All this was done for us even though the car was already sold to me. John's/Porsche's willingness to do that for us went a long way with my dad, who is not easily impressed. 5 stars for John and the crew there at Porsche North Houston! All around it was a great buying and pickup experience. I would absolutely recommend Jake, John and Porsche North Houston to anyone looking for their dream/fun/unique/toy car! More
