I enjoyed working with my sales rep AJ Lynn when it came time to look to upgrade my SUV. He was very friendly, personable, and authentic. Kate who handled the insurance call with my agent was very kind as well and made that process easy at the same time. My experience with the Finance Department, Jake Roehrich, was not as enjoyable for several reasons. Note to Jake, plenty of women purchase vehicles and make decisions, without having to consult with their husbands. Additionally, up-sells should be shared in advance for opportunity for consumption, not at the time of signing. Overall, I would recommend Nazareth Ford for your next vehicle purchase based on their sales team and service team. More
