I enjoyed working with my sales rep AJ Lynn when it came time to look to upgrade my SUV. He was very friendly, personable, and authentic. Kate who handled the insurance call with my agent was very kind as well and made that process easy at the same time. My experience with the Finance Department, Jake Roehrich, was not as enjoyable for several reasons. Note to Jake, plenty of women purchase vehicles and make decisions, without having to consult with their husbands. Additionally, up-sells should be shared in advance for opportunity for consumption, not at the time of signing. Overall, I would recommend Nazareth Ford for your next vehicle purchase based on their sales team and service team. More

Fantastic experience. i went over on my lunch break and AJ understood I had limited time. He got me in, got my car in for trade in value, had the car pulled out and read i went over on my lunch break and AJ understood I had limited time. I did not have a single interaction with any of the staff that i didn’t feel was great. Again I cant Thank Alex enough for his truly exceptional Help. I didn’t leave the dealership with a single question as Everything Regarding the vehicle was extremely well explained. Alex is very knowledgeable about his field of work, He knew quite literally everything detail about the explorer that i was buying. I mean even from the second he came up to me at the lot, He knew right away that i was looking at a 2015 xlt trim 3.5L V.6 And once we received the Vehicle, it was even more in detail from Alex. Our Test drive was maybe 5 minutes, but in that timeframe i was provided with every piece of information on the car from Air condition to electronics, Special Features, Different driving modes and what each does, and even something as little as how to move the 2nd and 3rd row seating. i’m impressed with Alex and i simply can not thank him enough.
