If you're looking to buy a car this place is by far the best car buying experience and I've bought at least 4cars from different dealers. Aron was great both Arons were exceptional. I have no idea where to start! I wasn’t expecting to buy a vehicle the day I had questions. David made it very easy to trade in my vehicle so I could size up for our family. I told I wasn’t expecting to buy a vehicle the day I had questions. David made it very easy to trade in my vehicle so I could size up for our family. I told him all the pros and cons of my other vehicle which was also new and the first Telluride he brought us was the perfect fit. These guys actually care about you, your family and what purposes the vehicle is needed for. I never felt pressured in buying anything or felt like any questions were unanswered. If you haven’t spoken with anyone yet request David as he may be young but so so knowledgeable. Our family appreciates the Royal KIA family over on Columbus and speedway. We will be back again! More

I would have appreciated more communication from the people behind the scenes but overall had a very positive experience. Cody was excellent to me the entire time, which wound up being longer than most people behind the scenes but overall had a very positive experience. Cody was excellent to me the entire time, which wound up being longer than most due to my purchasing from out of state. I know I was probably a big pain but Cody never treated me like one. Several other employees wrote emails that made me feel like my business wasn't a priority but they were informative and got me taken care of in the end. Considering I'm 2000 miles away, I can't say for sure I'd deal with them again but it's only because I'm 2000 miles away. More
