Refuses to return calls, buyers are passed from rep to rep with story after story. If they don't believe they can sell you a car with in an hour and at an inflated price then you are just a speed bump to rep with story after story. Screenshot everything, after receiving a written price quote from a sales manager the vehicle price was raised by over 1000 dollars in listing with rep claiming the price I had was "discounted" despite cargurus flagging it as above market value before change. Cherry picked/fake reviews, untrained sales reps (Ray) under the table deals (Jake) laughable lies (Car has been in reconditioning for 3 weeks with no work done) BBB complaint filed, AZ DOT inquiry opened.
