Everything listed online is actually available, and the detailed information provided through Auto iPacket, including configurations and interior/exterior photos, made it incredibly easy for someone like me who prefers researching online before reaching out to a dealer. Since I live 250 miles away from the dealership, I handled the entire negotiation process online via email. Jake Myers was exceptional throughout the process—professional, patient, and quick to respond to my questions. Even though I never met him face-to-face until the day I picked up the car, he made me feel like a valued customer. Jake provided all the information I needed and worked with me on pricing, which made the process smooth and straightforward. In fact, I only had to make one call to the manager to finalize the deal.
