Finance department needs proper customer service skills. Mr. Tostado was rude and confrontational. I could not ask for clarification without getting a harsh and defensive response. Will never deal with him again, he is the reason that I would rather travel to another Honda dealership than to purchase a vehicle at this location in the future. Jacob Molina could be more proactive in providing service. I am constantly having to reach out to him to get a response on something that I’ve asked for previously. I only sought him out because I would rather deal with him even with bad service than with another salesperson. Love my vehicle but honestly regret leasing it at this location. More
