Jacob was also a pleasure to work with, he had everything ready explained everything very well, was not pushing on the extended plans, allowed us to be comfortable with the options we did take, and didn't push anything more. Candace was pleasant on the phone, we didn't get to meet here personally. Again, by far the best car-buying experience we have ever had.
