We were looking for a certain used Lexus and found it! We were able to reach Jeff Zeitler at the dealership and he worked with us over the phone as we live in Iowa and the dealership was a good 4 hours aw We were able to reach Jeff Zeitler at the dealership and he worked with us over the phone as we live in Iowa and the dealership was a good 4 hours away. He worked with us on financing it as well. Once we knew we were approved we scheduled a time to go test drive it. Jeff was great! He made sure the vehicle was ready to go. We looked everything over and took it on a test drive. Everything was as we expected. Once we got back, Jeff had us meet with their finance person to sign the documents which was pretty simple. Overall very pleased. It was a pleasure dealing with Jeff and the rest of the staff. Will definitely go back for my next vehicle purchase. More
