I’ve had my fair share of experiences at dealerships that felt sketchy and overly sales-driven, so I didn’t expect much going into Mohawk. However, I was genuinely impressed and left with a great sense of sa felt sketchy and overly sales-driven, so I didn’t expect much going into Mohawk. However, I was genuinely impressed and left with a great sense of satisfaction—just like the feeling you get from a trusted community dealership. I was able to leasing my car the same day, which is a huge deal for me considering I had to go through the whole process again after my 2024 car was totaled. Jacob really made the paperwork and negotiations as smooth as possible, which I truly appreciated. My sales guy, Nick, was supportive and never pushy. He listened to what I wanted and presented the perfect options, ultimately offering me a great deal on the car I had my eye on. A big thank you to both Nick and Jacob for making this such a positive and stress-free experience. Best experience ever! More

I feel that each person in which I spoke to was great. Johonna was very friendly and helpful. Kasey was also great to work with and not pushy at all. Jake was friendly although I didn’t meet for final sign off at the end but James was very nice. Nathan was very friendly and informative. Jack was friendly and got me on my way. Unfortunately I couldn’t give 5 stars because not able to see the dings in the hood of the vehicle in the dark when I test drove the vehicle or when I picked up the vehicle. Since I didn’t get the paint/ repair package I will have the dings to see unless I pay for repairs myself. More
