Poor communication from multiple people in the service department. I purchased this car in mid-October. It was back in the shop 2 weeks after purchase (should have been sooner but they did not have a loan department. I purchased this car in mid-October. It was back in the shop 2 weeks after purchase (should have been sooner but they did not have a loaner) because the adaptive cruise control was not working. I drove to this dealership twice, to try and get this problem looked at and a repair plan (I live 1 hr. away) They then had my car for 2 weeks trying to "recreate the problem" but during that time there was no communication on the process or anything, I ended up calling them. It turns out they did not listen to me at all and couldn't recreate the problem because they weren't testing for the actual situation. Once I made the actual problem clear, they were able to recreate the issue and then had to send it to a different dealership to be fixed. Three weeks after getting my car back from that problem, my car started leaking oil and smoking, turns out my high-pressure fuel pump was loose due to broken bolts. Called them and they had to come flatbed my car and drop me a loaner. Communication about this problem was slightly better, but they again had to send my car to a different dealership to have this problem fixed. Overall, after purchase my car has spent more than 3 weeks in the shop with nothing more than a sorry about the troubles. Would not recommend any part of this dealership to anyone. More

DePaula has performed several services on my Mazda. They have fixed some botched work from another dealership, installed an engine, and performed oil changes. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with DeP They have fixed some botched work from another dealership, installed an engine, and performed oil changes. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with DePaula Mazda as they are very professional, have great communication skills, and do outstanding work! Their service department is awesome! I would definitely recommend going to DePaula Mazda for any of your repairs, concerns or oil changes! More
