Hi I’m Jacob, I’ve worked for Germain Honda since May 2023 and this being the second Honda dealer I worked for I have loved it! I grew up locally in AZ. I like spending my time off either fishing or off-roading with my Australian shepherd Remi and the rest of the family. Besides that I enjoy giving the best customer experience that you can brag about to your friends and family! I like the no pressure, no lies, straightforward and easy approach. I look forward to assisting with any automotive needs!

We have been with Germain as our service provider for many years and always been satisfied with the service. This is our first time buying a vehicle and it was a smooth experience. Jacob was a dream to work with and very knowledgeable. We would like to say a HUGE thankyou to Alfredo Bustamante, who has taken such great care of our needs over the years. Because Al has worked with us so long, we asked him for suggestions for our next SUV. Al gave us great insight into the different vehicles which we took with us to work with Jacob.
