Danielle hasbeen nothing but professional and her attention to detail was excellent. She interacted with my wife and I seamlessly which sadly is not always the case when we’ve car shopped before. She did not put any pressure on us nor did you try and upsell us. We felt that we had her undivided attention. I have had past experience in sales and I know how difficult it can be. The purchase of my vehicle from this dealership went smoother than trying to have it serviced! It has been one headache after another servicing it here. I brought my car in for a state inspection (which smoother than trying to have it serviced! It has been one headache after another servicing it here. I brought my car in for a state inspection (which was free) and mentioned it was making a humming sound. I was told it passed and nothing was out of normal variance. A few days later I received a phone call asking how my service went and if everything was taken care of to my liking where I proceeded to tell them that the humming is still happening and not normal or road noise so I had to schedule another appointment. I bring my car in and at this appointment they inform me that both from wheel bearings need to be replaced. How was everything within normal variance and my car pass state inspection if a week later both front wheel bearings needed to be replaced? Recently I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and was told it would take an hour and fifteen minutes. After sitting in the waiting area for forty minutes I was told they were running behind and my vehicle wasn’t in yet, but would be in soon. It was two and a half hours later that my vehicle was done. I’ve never had an oil change and tire rotation take so long at any other place I’ve been and it’s completely unacceptable for services that are quick and easy to take that amount of time they did this day. I will choose to go elsewhere for service in the future and will choose to have my Nissan serviced under warranty elsewhere also. More

Peter Gaouette was very friendly and thorough throughout the sales process with no pressure to buy. Jim Pitka, the sales manger, was professional and informative and made it easy to complete the deal. Finan the sales process with no pressure to buy. Finance manager, Jacob Clark, laid out all the options in a professional manner and completed the deal. This was the 8th or 9th car we have purchased from Team over the years and we have been happy with every purchase. Highly recommend them. More
