Other than the wait to get an appointment, the service was excellent. The Service Advisor (JC) was friendly and knowledgeable, the car was repaired on time, and they called us when it was ready for picku was excellent. My husband and I went to Genesis of Naples to take a GV80 for a test drive. I was undecided when we walked in between two vehicles. One was NOT a genesis. After sitting with Jacob. I was quite surprised to find out, I can still get a white car with white interior and blue trim I was surprised. Then we took it for a test drive. The car road so smoothly. The inside is very luxurious and very comfortable. My husband and I both drove the vehicle. Upon returning from our test drive my mind was made up. I wanted the car. I did not even get a chance to drive the other car I was looking at. I didn’t need to. More

Communication at the dealership was lacking. I sent multiple emails requesting information about a couple of cars and received nothing. I called the dealership and spoke with Jacob and things se I sent multiple emails requesting information about a couple of cars and received nothing. I called the dealership and spoke with Jacob and things seemed to be OK. I purchased a demo 2024 Genesis 80 For a great price. I had the car shipped and when I received it, it had not been cleaned. The dealership left personal documents Of one of their customers. Not cool. I requested a temp tag and paid for it, but never received it. This dealership behaved more like a sleazy used car dealership than a luxury Genesis dealership. I’m not sure I would do business with them again . More
