Hello Kia Survey team, It was amazing experience to buy Kia Ev6 at Mission Viejo Kia with Louis! We have two cars in family from 4 years and we love the Kia all electric product design! We did n buy Kia Ev6 at Mission Viejo Kia with Louis! We have two cars in family from 4 years and we love the Kia all electric product design! We did not have as good experience of Kia Service at that time but still wanted to give other dealership a try when look for a new car. Since my lease was ending, we were exploring new Kia options. Before going to Mission Viejo, we went to few other dealers. The experience with other dealers created lot of disgust in new car leasing process at Kia until I met Louis at Kia of Mission Viejo. He was able to understand my requirements with proper listening. He explained possible deals with transparency. He was professional with providing win win deals. He also paid focused time during entire process. He took care of creating safe and welcoming environment. Even though first visit we did not make the final deal he worked fast and hard to find the deal that can meet us midway. We recalculated numbers multiple times and he was very patient and transparent to explain detailed math and process. He also let me verify and test drive multiple vehicles that I was interested without pushing to make final buy. Which gain back my trust in leasing at Kia. We finalized the deal, he entertained us with all the paperwork in final deal even though we were late in the evening.
