Hello, my name is Jackson Barlow and I am a Finance Manager here at Freeman Toyota. I graduated from Texas A&M University- Commerce in August of 2019, and began my career with Freeman Toyota in 2020. My number one goal is providing phenomenal customer service to every single person that I come into contact with. I take great pride in the Toyota product, and even owned a Rav-4 before starting at Freeman. When I am not at work, I enjoy watching all different types of sports and hanging out with friends and family! Best of all, they’ve been the most transparent dealership I’ve been to. The price online was the number I saw on the paperwork. Probably not, unless they have a specific car you want that other dealerships do not have. My experience was that it felt like I was passed around a lot. I never knew who my contact was. I received emails that other dealerships do not have. My experience was that it felt like I was passed around a lot. I never knew who my contact was. I received emails from four different people and the person listed in this review was not one of them. When I came into the dealership I had to sit around for a while, and two of the three times they sent someone to assist me I had never dealt with before. Because they had the car I wanted and it was pre-ownedI went back, otherwise I would have moved on to another dealership. Also, if you trading in a vehicle shop around. They listed my car for almost $10,000 more than they offered in trade in value. More
