Hello, my name is Jackson Barlow and I am a Finance Manager here at Freeman Toyota. I graduated from Texas A&M University- Commerce in August of 2019, and began my career with Freeman Toyota in 2020. My number one goal is providing phenomenal customer service to every single person that I come into contact with. I take great pride in the Toyota product, and even owned a Rav-4 before starting at Freeman. When I am not at work, I enjoy watching all different types of sports and hanging out with friends and family! This is our second vehicle from Freeman Toyota. Their customer service is top notch. The 1st time we used Costco and this was one of their partner dealerships; we drove from Grand Prairie. We looked at all the dealerships close to us and they just don't compare. The transaction was seamless, the customer service is 1st class, and they go above and beyond to get you in and out. We loved our 2020 Highlander Hybrid and are looking forward to enjoying our 2024 1794 edition Tundra. If you're looking for a great car buying experience I can't recommend them enough. Hands down one of the best in the business. More

There are still things that need to be done to "complete" the deal--a second set of keys for the truck and wiring for the trailer hitch that was put on.
