I graduated from Texas A&M University- Commerce in August of 2019, and began my career with Freeman Toyota in 2020. My number one goal is providing phenomenal customer service to every single person that I come into contact with. I take great pride in the Toyota product, and even owned a Rav-4 before starting at Freeman. Freeman Toyota is a lovely place from which to purchase a vehicle! For over two months, I've been trying to find a vehicle, in the right colour and with certain options. Sam Scarlett and James Adu fou vehicle! For over two months, I've been trying to find a vehicle, in the right colour and with certain options. Sam Scarlett and James Adu found my car, in one day! All of the folks at Freeman were so kind, patient, and helpful. I must emphasize the word, patient, as I had, and still have, many questions about my new car. Each person with whom I have dealt, has been especially friendly. I am very grateful to each of you for your part in my obtaining my first new car! Nice low-pressure sales. My wife bought a new Camry from George Neel in February. This was her third Camry from Freeman. It was a nice, easy, no pressure experience. When I went looking for a new Tacoma truck I contacted George. Another easy, smooth transaction with George. George is easy to talk to you and never pressured me at all. Very nice change from car buying experiences I have had in the past with other dealers. I told George I was on a tight budget and He found me a very nice pre-owned Tacoma that fit my needs. George was very knowledgeable explaining the features of the Tacoma. My experience in the finance office with JacksonBarlow was also low key. Jackson offered me several options on extended warranty but never pressured me. Overall, it was a very smooth transaction. More

Has anyone else had to wait months to get a Toyota TrailHunter Jack? I keep calling but they just keep saying it’s on order with no arrival date. I purchased a 2025 TrailHunter from Freeman Toyota TrailHunter Jack? I keep calling but they just keep saying it’s on order with no arrival date. I purchased a 2025 TrailHunter from Freeman Toyota and they let me order the hard Tonneau cover and waited until after it arrived to tell me it doesn’t fit the TrailHunter. I ordered the Prinsu Roof rack specifically for the light bar cutout but they installed the Toyota branded Prinsu rack that does not have the light bar cutout and refused to return it for the one I paid for. I ordered the WeBoost and rather than install it, they just left it in the box and said they didn’t know it needed to be installed. I will never buy a vehicle from Freeman Toyota again. Worst experience ever. Still waiting for my Jack after 3 months. More

I had to wait a long time and the person who helped me was very pushy and not much caring . Max was his name. I had to come back to get the car mats because he didn’t have it and it was in a box for me to was very pushy and not much caring . Max was his name. Picking the car was difficult cuz he had to come back and detail the car and that took 3 hours. I love Toyota but the service this time was awful. Not happy about this. More
