Hello, my name is Jackson Barlow and I am a Finance Manager here at Freeman Toyota. I graduated from Texas A&M University- Commerce in August of 2019, and began my career with Freeman Toyota in 2020. My number one goal is providing phenomenal customer service to every single person that I come into contact with. I take great pride in the Toyota product, and even owned a Rav-4 before starting at Freeman. When I am not at work, I enjoy watching all different types of sports and hanging out with friends and family! Never in my life I have received an A+ service from any place let alone a car dealership. The honesty, to the point conversation, straight-forward approach was extremely refreshing. During my research I t place let alone a car dealership. The honesty, to the point conversation, straight-forward approach was extremely refreshing. During my research I talked to several dealership and was extremely disappointed with Plano, Dallas & McKinney. Each one of them treated me as non-serious customer. I almost gave up buying a Toyota until by stroke of luck Tommy responded to my email and the rest is history. I cannot be happier with the quality of service I received at each step. No nonsense and no-pushy approach was an experience in itself. I commend Freeman for establishing such a pleasant experience for customers which is leaps and bounds away from rest of the metroplex Toyota dealership. Thank you for making this happen for me. The vehicle we purchased from Freeman Toyota had several issues due to rodent damage related to the electrical system. Konnor and Sam were patient with us we struggled with this new vehicle. Ultimately th issues due to rodent damage related to the electrical system. Konnor and Sam were patient with us we struggled with this new vehicle.
