Hello, my name is Jackson Barlow and I am a Finance Manager here at Freeman Toyota. I graduated from Texas A&M University- Commerce in August of 2019, and began my career with Freeman Toyota in 2020. My number one goal is providing phenomenal customer service to every single person that I come into contact with. I take great pride in the Toyota product, and even owned a Rav-4 before starting at Freeman. When I am not at work, I enjoy watching all different types of sports and hanging out with friends and family! Freeman Toyota gave me a great experience. They helped me trade in my lease into a new car. Best of all, they’ve been the most transparent dealership I’ve been to. The price online was the number I saw on the paperwork. The price the sales associate Tanner told me was the price the finance associate Jackson finalized with me. I felt everything was explained well and felt taken care of. More

Probably not, unless they have a specific car you want that other dealerships do not have. My experience was that it felt like I was passed around a lot. I never knew who my contact was. I received emails that other dealerships do not have. My experience was that it felt like I was passed around a lot. I never knew who my contact was. I received emails from four different people and the person listed in this review was not one of them. When I came into the dealership I had to sit around for a while, and two of the three times they sent someone to assist me I had never dealt with before. Because they had the car I wanted and it was pre-ownedI went back, otherwise I would have moved on to another dealership. Also, if you trading in a vehicle shop around. They listed my car for almost $10,000 more than they offered in trade in value. More
