Amazing experience!!! Jackie made my day and year. Buying a car can be so stressful, but from the first phone call I knew that it was going to be an easy road. Jackie respo Jackie made my day and year. Buying a car can be so stressful, but from the first phone call I knew that it was going to be an easy road. Jackie responded immediately, told me what to do to get started while I was at work, and advised me what to do to make my trip to the dealership a simple process. When I arrived he was waiting for me and ready to show me the cars we discussed. He was patient, kind, and professional. He helped me through some issues without judgement and with great expertise and knowledge. I can not say enough great things about my experience with Grand Prairie Ford and with Jackie. I have never considered Ford before but now I’m sold for life and I will be a repeat customer for sure to Grand Prairie Ford. More
