I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They also did a recall. I don’t drive my truck much. I have very low mileage. I drive to and from work. One week after my car was serviced my friend got into my car and asked what happened to my windshield. Sitting in the drivers seat you can’t see it. My husband washed my car prior to the service appointment. He said that it had to happen from the recall or service . The service guy picked my car up and dropped it off. I only drove my car to work 2x that week. He told me to call Ciocca. Well you have poor telephone service. No one answers. Not my first time having this happen. When I finally got the manager he basically told me to pound sand. No help at all. Down right rude. So I am so so sorry that I purchased my car there and bough the extra service package. I live far. I am actually sick about this because I love my Maverick. I love it so much my friend bought one from me talking about it. I work in a casino and talk to a lot of people. The ones I spoke with told me that you should have at least looked at it. But I learned not to purchase any other vehicles at Ciocca. My husband just got a new f150 and you can believe it was not at Ciocca. More
