I had been talking to Jackie for well over a year before we made the decision to purchase my f250. There was never any pressure. Jackie was always willing to assist and answer any questions. When it arrived Jackie contacted me and we made arrangements to pick it up. Jackie and the vehicle where ready for us. Financing was made easy and all paperwork went off without a hitch.
