Except we didn’t plan on “shopping.” We were just going to buy another grey Accent, the exact same model of car I’ve been driving for the past thirty years. Thankfully, we landed Daniel as our salesperson, who helped me step out of my comfort zone and give something new a try. He is patient, a zero pressure straight talker with a great sense of humor, and he really took the time to explain all the intimidating high-tech features of our new intense blue Venue!
