Best customer experience. Thank you, Jack! I was in the market for a compact car, and have been calling and visiting dealerships around the greater Sacramento area with no Thank you, Jack! I was in the market for a compact car, and have been calling and visiting dealerships around the greater Sacramento area with no luck. Either zero inventory or ridiculous mark-ups. Other dealerships literally price-gouging with $10k-$13k over MSRP!!! At a certain dealership, a group of greasy salesmen tag-teamed to try to sell me a base Corolla for $41,000. No thanks! So I finally went to Elk Grove Nissan and was kindly greeted by Jack. He took me to test drive a Nissan Sentra and explained the features of the vehicle. I immediately noticed that Jack wasn’t your typical, pushy, slick-talking car salesman. He spoke to me like a normal person—a breath of fresh air. He even offered to search for a lower APR when the initial interest rate came in a little high (other dealerships claimed that their APRs were fixed). All said, the process smooth and stress-free. I drive away satisfied with a brand new Sentra. I will definitely be returning to Elk Grove Nissan for my future car purchases thanks to Jack and team. More
