I was born in Taiwan, and came to USA when I was 9 year old. I have lived in Southern California for going on 13 years. I attended NMSU with a major in hospitality, and I learned that customer service is so important in every industry. A wise man told me customer service is everywhere and everywhere needs it. It is not just about the product it is the presentation of the product as well. The product can be the best built, but CUSTOMER SERVICE is from the heart and can’t be duplicated. Thanks to the wise man this has been very helpful for me as my career goes along. I have worked in customer service jobs all my career and now here at Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia. I truly wish to provide the highest level of customer service to my clients and look forward to assisting YOU when you visit Mercedes Benz of Arcadia.

Update: Scammed. Go to other dealer. I've been scammed well over $6,500 on my purchase. Sales rep, Jack Shen and finance, Harout Arslanian assured my car will be Go to other dealer. I've been scammed well over $6,500 on my purchase. Sales rep, Jack Shen and finance, Harout Arslanian assured my car will be sold to me for $40,000, despite what the paper said. After the billing cycle, $ seemed off and realized I was being charged over $6,500 . Texted sales rep multiple times, but was ignored multiple times. His final answer was " I don't know what to say " Finance manager is ignoring for multiple days now as well. How foolish was I to trust them. All the words they made up, ended spending so much more than what I was promised on. William Ho, who is next highest after general manager, was not helpful either. He was only his employee's side and just said nothing he can do. His only explanation was "maybe you heard them wrong, maybe you were confused, although it is a good deal still". How can someone be confused with such a big important numbers..it felt like he was mocking me at very best. Edit: General sales manager, Stevie called back. Seemed unempathetic and was more aware to the review than my issue. He offered free "car wash" to make me feel better. Then, his true color showed. He seemed even more excited and eager to fight (his voice tone rose) when I said I wanted to see if I can take legal action only to the 2 reps who lied to me - his voice went up and said "SURE! WE'LL FORWARD YOUR INFORMATION TO OUR LEGAL TEAM TO PREPARE FOR YOU". He didn't care for me. He only cared about review and didn't mind to fight. What a service. Overall, Jack and Harout scammed me and ignored my text and email, William accused me of being confused and improper, then there is Stevie who was the worst - as he only seemed to want me to remove the review then proceeded to insult and make a fight. I'll seek to legal counseling for this. Forget about the money lost, it's a justice that needs to be served. More

Trading in my car at Mercedes of Arcadia was an amazing experience. I am onto my third Mercedes and was previously going to Mercedes Ontario- after being extremely unsatisfied i was convinced I would no lo experience. I am onto my third Mercedes and was previously going to Mercedes Ontario- after being extremely unsatisfied i was convinced I would no longer be with Mercedes. I was helped by jack a member at Arcadia Mercedes and he was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He was patient and took the time to thoroughly explain and show me cars. Being a female I feel as if often times we are taking advantage of one car shopping or over priced. I placed an order for a brand new car Jack was attentive, giving me updates throughout the month and very quick when it came time to trading in my car I would 100% recommend him to anyone of my friends or family for future Mercedes purchases.
