My husband and I recently purchased our new vehicle from Certified Benz & Beemer. Our experience was terrific, from start to finish! In order to fully recognize the experience I just had with CBB, it’s important to start with my story. Earlier this year, my father passed away suddenly and left our family with a brand new 4Runner that with CBB, it’s important to start with my story. Earlier this year, my father passed away suddenly and left our family with a brand new 4Runner that we could no longer use. Here we were with a 4 month old car, with jo use for it. Furthermore, we were having to worry about making the payments that we couldn’t afford. After visiting CBB, we were greeted like family. I explained the situation to John Swan, Danny, and Adam. They worked right away to offer us the most for the vehicle and gave a VERY generous offer. We couldn’t be more relieved and extremely grateful to all those we worked with. They have a customer for life and I feel truly apart of the CBB family.. I want to thank Benz & Beamer for showing me such nice hospitality and a strong emphasis on customer service. They took a vehicle that I wanted to trade in, that I didn’t have with me and they went ahead hospitality and a strong emphasis on customer service. They took a vehicle that I wanted to trade in, that I didn’t have with me and they went ahead and took my word for it and gave me the vehicle that I wanted to purchase and let me bring in the car the following day. The vehicle i purchased was spotless. They detailed it filled it, and filled gas. Not only was the salesman very helpful his name was Q. Also the general manager was just as helpful! He helped me every step of the way after it was time to finance and they treated me like a human being and not just a $! I’ll be buying my third vehicle from Benz and Beamer in less than a year probably. mainly because of the way they treat me. There’s a lot of dealerships that have nice cars but there’s more than just a car when you buy a vehicle. Its a big purchase. (2) – Then… ONLY $3000 towards purchase of engine…rest on you – Really? (3) - Then…ONLY $5000 + DELETE ONLINE POOR REVIEWS + tow away your ruined car – Really? My attorney cost $2000…whom CBB used as their own END RESULT: Tow away your USELESS, DAMAGED CAR by CBB, and get ZERO $ compensation Total stress time = 11 months! More

We had an excellent, relaxed buying experience with Tim Smith. He was engaged and easy to work with from our first visit through the entire buying process. My recent experience was the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from CBB. As in the prior 2 instances, the experience went very smoothly. Jack and Mark run a fantastic operation in Scottsdale Arizona. It says some from CBB. As in the prior 2 instances, the experience went very smoothly. Jack and Mark run a fantastic operation in Scottsdale Arizona. It says something that I purchase cars from Arizona while being a California resident and it speaks to the quality of their product and more importantly the quality of their service. Jeff H was my dealer representative in this instance and he went above and beyond the call, calling me on his days off and at other times in which he wasn't at work to ensure the process was going well. He personally took video and photo of the car that I was looking at and other options and was extraordinarily patient with me as I worked through the different options for different vehicles I was considering. I was never rushed pressured or hurried in any way; in fact we started the process in March and I didn't conclude it until July. At no point in time did I ever feel any high pressure sales tactics. CBB pricing is straightforward and there's a clear and easy way to navigate their website to expand or limit your search depending upon the needs you have for the vehicle in question. Jeff was there the whole time to walk me through any questions I had and if there was something that wasn't covered online he quickly confirmed information. I have now purchased a BMW Mercedes Benz and most recently an Audi and I am very pleased with the quality of the cars and the level of customer service I received from everybody at CBB. Paul in financing was particularly helpful in getting me what I needed in order to qualify for the loan and worked me through different scenarios to find something that made sense. Other colleagues of Paul assisted whose names I forget and my apologies for that but the entire finance team at CBB does a great job to ensure that everybody finds a way to be able to finance their vehicle . Going back to Jeff, he was also able to give me detailed information on the available warranty and other perks that the purchase of the particular car would have. Over all my third experience with CBB went as smoothly as my prior to experiences. In all honesty I will probably never buy a car from anyone other than CBB again for the rest of my life. Extraordinarily hassle free shopping, reasonable pricing and complete transparency along with unparalleled service and a wide variety of luxury vehicles as they are not beholden to only sell one brand of car. Failure to disclose FIRST EXTENDED WARRANTY has a $ CAP LIM If you buy a warranty from them, you might want to read the First Extended Warranty in DETAIL before you sign the purchase or the warranty, if you bou If you buy a warranty from them, you might want to read the First Extended Warranty in DETAIL before you sign the purchase or the warranty, if you bought one... I am sure the Finance Manager DID NOT tell you that the warranty only covers up to the purchase price. They hid that vital fact from me and my son when we purchase a vehicle from them and now the warranty is of no use because we maxed out the policy limit... if they did not tell you that vital information, you might want to re-think the purchase of both the vehicle and warranty... NO ONE and I MEAN NO ONE sits there a reads every single line from the warranty to the contract to the terms from the financing end... It should have been the FINANCE manager to forthcoming about hte ONE LINE that states, Policy will be maxed out at the purchase price... When you call and state your case to Jack Schnieder, he puts the FULL blame on the purchaser... Had i been told that the WARRANTY not only had a MILEAGE limit, TIME from limit, AND a DOLLAR AMOUNT LIMIT capped at the purchase price and that all other repairs would not be honored when that threshold had been reached, NOT ONLY would i have not bought the warranty, I WOULD NOT HAVE EVER BOUGHT THAT CAR or any car from them... WARRANTY is a limited warranty, based on time and mileage, and I have never seen a WARRANTY limited on $$ cap limit...Jack goes as far to insult me and my son... I wonder if his son Brandon whom works at the dealership treats the customer in a shiesty and dishonest way KNOWING that they sell a warranty that has a cap limit on warranty based on the purchase price? If they do know they should have told the customer, and if the finance manager knows, they they should have said that in conjunction with the other outstanding aspects of the warranty, ie: mileage, length of warranty, ans a sad story about what happens when not if the car breaks down and leaves your loved ones stranded, that an extended warranty will cover all repair cosst stated in the contract, but fail to disclose the $$ cap... IN CONCLUSION: MAKE SURE YOU ASK ABOUT THE WARRANTY for the MILEAGE, TIME FRAME, and DOLLAR CAP AMOUNT... If they don't tell you or lie to you, call them out on it and decided for yourself if you really want to do any business with them... I have purchase over 57 cars in my lifetime and bought many warranties from the used vehicles, and speaking with my LOCAL dealerships here, whom also sell the FIRST EXTENDED WARRANTY COMPANY warranty, never experienced this and will now not be using FESC warranty. More

Getting my dream car within 24 hrs I found my dream car on their listing which was 1970 Corvette Convertible. After I had my eyes on it for 2~3 weeks and I sent an email at night soon a I found my dream car on their listing which was 1970 Corvette Convertible. After I had my eyes on it for 2~3 weeks and I sent an email at night soon as my wife gave me an OK. On-line service contacted me even after the business hours and I gave her some basic information. I've got an email from Shea the sales rep who helped, gave all the information I needed to make the decision since I live in California and the car was in Arizona. After few conversation, he Video recorded the vehicle and sent it over the phone so I can see it and explained about the purchasing process and warranty. Since this Old car wasn't his specialty he wasn't fully knowable about the car, but he was able to find the answers for me after we hung up the phone. After reviewing the video clip and talking with Shea, I decided to purchase the car and bought the one way flight ticket to Arizona. The dream car was ready to go when I arrived at the dealer. I test drove the car and confirmed the purchase. It was a very friendly environment with no hassle to bargain. In fact I was impressed with so many high-end vehicles that had in stock. Who knows I might come back for my wife's first Land Rover. Fully knowing that I would be driving this 50 years old car to California, they double made sure that everything is better than OK. He mentioned Jack owner insisted to change one part that didn't really needed to.. but just in case. It's the little thing that shows the difference in sales and service industry and I believe they have it. yes, I would recommend this dealer and hope you too buy your dream car of your life! More
