Why le the work was done properly I still feel the prices for labor and parts is out of line. I also feel that on top of that the dealer is passing along the charge card percentage to the customer . The only reason I came to the dealer was because I had to due to the repair needed. More

I’ve been coming to Spirit for about 30 yrs since 1994 and the service staff has always been outstanding to me as well as my Dad when he was alive The management team is schooled in great customer service and the service staff has always been outstanding to me as well as my Dad when he was alive The management team is schooled in great customer service led by Ron Baus and general Mgr Mike Baus. They make me feel like true family when I see and deal with them and I am always bragging about the dealership to many others through the many years.
