Jack Michie and Donald Andrew’s were stellar yesterday where I leased my new Corsair. Jack had been working with me for weeks prior via email and text dude to a current life situation I’m going through t where I leased my new Corsair. Not only did he give amazing customer service but I really felt he cared. It was like working with a friend. When my kids and I got to the dealership we felt like VIPs. We were brought snacks and drinks and the kids were given bears! They were so excited!! Jack and Donald were patient with us and found us the perfect car. It had the sunroof I wanted and the jet package and the cooling seats. I continued to ask questions the following Sunday and Jack was still quick to respond. This is my 3rd Lincoln and I know my 4th will be a Lincoln too and hopefully I can work with Jack and Donald again! I will be recommending them to anyone needing a car! More

Kelly was very nice, my initial phone call was with her, then I called back a day or so later to follow up on our conversation and "Jack Michie" answered. I have never purchased a Lincoln in my life. Never even looked twice at a dealership, but my wife always wanted one so.....you know how that goes. Compared to other dealerships from other brands I have purchased from in the past, I have to say that this experience topped them all! Aesthetically, the dealership looks like a small mall and extremely clean. Didn't look like your average dealership at all. From the time we walked in, to the final wave goodbyes afterwards, we were treated like royalty. A suite reserved for signing; snacks and drinks available for comfort; the vehicle inside (it was rainy all day) right next to us as we were going through the purchasing process. No hassling. No continuous pushing of extra products. No lies to get you into a deal that benefits them and a great deal overall. I am glad we took the time and drove 45 mins out of our way to purchase from Bozard instead of one locally. It was WELL worth the trip. Jesse James, Jack Michie and Aleida Rodriguez were fantastic during the process! Extremely attentive, patient, and accommodating. Again, NO pressure. This is NOT your average dealership. We went to another Lincoln dealership closer before deciding on traveling to Bozard and the experience was NOT the same. We felt pressured and rushed, so we left to think about it, and I'm glad we did! I actually left Bozard Lincoln wanting a Lincoln of my own, but I'll let my wife enjoy hers.......for now....lol.
