I had a very positive experience with this dealership. I found the truck of my dreams and Jack Merwede was front and center from day one in helping me make the right decision. I live in MA and the truck was in NJ, so I had to seriously trust Jack to purchase sight unseen! I even asked him to bring the truck into the shop, put on a lift, and take a walk around video of the undercarriage. He did that, too (I've had multiple other dealers refuse this request in the past). Big John, the sales manager, also helped me figure out factory warranty information, also, which put my mind at ease. I flew in, drove the truck 4.5 hours back home. Done. Great deal on a great vehicle working with great people. Highly recommended! More

I stopped into the dealer to inquire about extended warranty on my 2018 GMC 2500 Denali crew cab. The finance officer said I could probably save a lot of money if I traded in my 2018 on a new 2024 by warranty on my 2018 GMC 2500 Denali crew cab. The finance officer said I could probably save a lot of money if I traded in my 2018 on a new 2024 by leasing it. he then turned me over to Jack Merwede the senior sales consultant, he took his time to explain all the new Technology and answered all my questions regarding getting the new Denali. I was totally smitten with this new 2024 and what its capabilities were. Jack Merwede, Paul Barone, financial manager and Big John, sales manager, helped me understand the entire leasing process, and patient with me during the entire time. We could have closed on this deal that day but due to a recent death in the immediate family, I told them that I needed some time to really make this happen due to other pressures going on at the time . They were very compassionate at my plight and even sent an condolences card to the house. Very thoughtful. Never once any pressure to purchase, I made an appointment with Jack to stop by on Tuesday the19th, Jack had the truck all cleaned and ready to sign the paper work. I just need to say that the Curley team did a wonderful job making the process so easy and expeditious. I've been using the service department to service my 2018 truck for 5 years and have had wonderful experiences with them as well, Cpurtney my service advisor has steered me through a lot of the important needs of that truck.. my entire experience with the Jim Curley team has been a great experience and I would highly recommend this dealer to any one that inquires.
