Excellent Shopping Experience 30 seconds after I walked out of my car, Jack greeted my boyfriend and me with such a warm smile. He patiently showed us all the choices under our description and introduced all the features of the vehicles. He provided us suggestions and recommendations, he shared his personal experiences, and he gave us enough time and space to talk and make the decision. Louie was amazing working out the payment and the paperwork. I knew it took all of us a long time, but we are very happy with our purchase. We walked out of the dealer at 7:57 pm, and Jack repeatedly made sure we were all set. Thank you, Jack and Louie! More

Excellent experience Why five stars? 1) Salesman Jack McVey was well-informed and personable. When I asked him what the torque should be on the lug nuts, instead of guess Why five stars? 1) Salesman Jack McVey was well-informed and personable. When I asked him what the torque should be on the lug nuts, instead of guessing, he went to the service dept. to find out. 2) Service director Scott Gregg was very responsive and prompt. Our new Crosstrek came from the factory with a minor cosmetic defect (hood not neatly aligned with front fascia). We dropped in without an appointment and Jack and Scott had the issue corrected within the hour. 3) We traded in two vehicles with no problem, which greatly streamlined the process for us. 4) Subaru's "no pressure/no haggle" policy--much appreciated. 5) Louie in finance was well-organized and efficient. Ultimately, I took months to buy the Subaru Forester and was treated very professionally by everyone I came into contact with. Additionally, after purchasing the car I was presented with only 2 "Add-Ons", the extended warranty and enhanced security system. This was refreshing because usually there is a multitude of options that many dealers offer, which can add multiple thousands to the final price of the vehicle. More
